Drinking rice water can make you feel better when you have diarrhea. A German study says that rice water works in very effective way against diarrhea as compare to other hydrating drinks that has been followed traditionally.

If we talk about the measurement then bring 180 grams of rice boil into 1450 milliliters of water. Slow down your burner one rice starts to boil and let it simmer for at least half an hour. Leave it to cool down, once it has cooled separate the rice water from rice using a strainer. Now drink a glass of it. You would see gradually the symptoms of diarrhea would decrease quickly after having this rice water.
Other solution to try
If the rice water option might not work for you can give try to other solutions like consuming food having good bacteria like curd, buttermilk, yogurt, red cabbage, sauerkraut etc. Also you can give try to fiber rich foods like oatmeal, potato, lentils, blueberries, banana that can help a lot in reducing bowel movement and making you feel better.
